But if you don’t have your own ripped jeans, don’t worry. We have got a #diy hack with which you can make your own ripped jeans.
What you need to make your own ripped jeans/ Tools;
1. Safe sharp blade to rip your denim with
2. An old magazine
3. A piece of chalk or a colored pencil
4. A pair of your old jeans
Steps to follow to make your DIY Ripped Jeans
Try on your old jeans and see how they fit. Most ripped jeans come as a skinny or a fitted design but you can also do this to any other pair of jeans you think would be best for you.
Then, use the piece of chalk and mark where you would like your rips and holes to be. You can always use some model as an inspiration, or get a picture from Instagram and make your jeans according to that.
Now lay your old jeans on a flatbed table and grab the magazine. Fold the magazine in the shape of one of the legs of the pants. This will prevent you from cutting through to the other side of the jeans.
Next, grab your blade and start horizontally cutting the fabric where you marked your jeans. This definitely takes a lot of patience, but eventually you’ll see the magazine underneath it. Then, you can continue to use the blade, or rip the fabric where the hole is.

After you have finished making rips on one leg of the jeans, try the jeans on to make sure you like what you have done. If you like the way it looks, continue doing the same thing.
Once you have both legs ripped, try the jeans on. Go ahead and make the final changes this time.
Lastly, take those jeans out for a walk! You’re wearing one of the coolest denim of the season, and they only took you 15 minutes to make.source: fake-leather.com
